So after what seemed to be a convincing 4-1 victory over the Perth Glory, Canberra United return home to face arguably one of the better teams in the W-League, in the Brisbane Roar, who will be looking to bounce back after a disappointing 4-2 loss to Sydney FC over the weekend. Here is the place to discuss your starting team, previews and anything else concerned about the Round 2 fixture vs the Roar.

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that the win over Perth wasn't that convincing. From the footage I've seen, Heyman scored two lucky goals and Perth could've had two more. We didn't really kick into gear until Cian scored that BRILLIANT header of Eggy's cross.
If we don't start well, Brisbane will take us out to dinner and leave us the cheque. Butt and Harch's goals were freaking awesome, and their midfield looked good, only for their defence to frig it all up for them.
Ray to play 4-3-1-2 this week.

    1-1

Butt scored on the stroke of half time, while Ellyse Perry equalised around the 75 minute mark.

1st half was rather dull, but the game definitely came alight in the 2nd.

I thought the girls did quite well. Did much better in the second half. Sally and Caitlin Munoz were great as usual. Ellie did well at the back. Didn't think much of Glohe. Wasted a lot of balls with bad passes. Perry was the same on the other side. Passing was atrocious and got outrun every time in the chase with the bris girls. Good goal from her, but it didn't make up for the awful play the other 89 minutes.

Yeah, Glohe played terribly. However, I do think the assessment of Perry is a little harsh.
