2010/11 Round 5 vs Adelaide United: Teams, Previews and Match day thread

ROUND FIVE
Canberra United FC vs Adelaide United FC
DECEMBER 4 2010
5PM
DEAKIN "STADIUM"
I can see Canberra winning by 3, based on how rubbish Adelaide have been lately. Canberra will be coming off a well-earned weeks rest and looking to chop Adelaide to pieces and put them in barrels.
Thoughts/opinions/suggestions?

The bottom line is, if we lose this, or somehow don't get all 3 points, we are no where near title contenders. Hopefully, as you said Chris, the army will be large(r) in numbers.
Anyone know if Sykes will be playing next week? I think she is only effective if she is played off the bench, which adds some spark into a tiring team, and opposition team.
Canberra 3-0

I reckon you're right. If we don't win this, I think I'll gnaw my arm off or something.
If we get two ahead, we need to go for the kill. Junna should play a 3-2-5 (like the 1930s lol) with Sykes, Ship, Tseng, Munoz and Heyman all up front.

Not going to be surprised if this game gets called off. Thunderstorms predicted.
The army may retreat to higher ground for shelter, but this will help our acoustics :)
Hope the weather holds off though!
