I believe we do have the strongest bid.

We actually don't have a thread summarising our bid.

We have 2000 Foundation Members

We have over 13,000 pledges of support

We have 4.5 million dollars raised so far

Got the best possible stadium

Got the full backing of the ACT Government

Nothing to compete with during Summer

Had over 20K attend the Socceroos vs Kuwait game- A-League Based players

17,000 kids playing junior football

Heaps of investors

Already got 2 overseas sponsors on board if we do succeed

No other team in the A-League had this number of foundation members

No Capital of Australia in Australian Comp yet Capital of NZ in Australian Comp

Whereas western Sydney, do they have any of this?

We are SECOND TO NO ONE.

Who are the two overseas sponsors?

Not exactly sure but even not considering them we have it all going for us.

Our bid looks really good and se no reason why the FFA can't let us in.

we don't know, all we know is that they haven't got any community support in the form of:

a) pledges
b)foundation memberships

by all newspaper articles, they don't have the money either

What you have achieved so far is quite impressive. But to be surer, you do need to fulfil the full capitalisation mark of $5-6 million or whatever it is.

And who knows how reliable this Melissa Fischer is, given the apparent scandals surrounding her dealings.

Surely the club can source some major investment from some wealthy individuals or groups, from the region? I'm sure you have many Riverina Barons or what have you, down your way? Bega Cheese Barons? :p

If you can get that extra $1.5M or whatever it is, you need, then no one can argue, or really, deny you.

it always comes down to money. We find it, we are in, we don't then we won't be!
