Canberra United kicks off head coach recruitment

Canberra United FC today announced that its recruitment process for a head coach position will begin immediately with four months until the kick off of the Westfield W-League’s second season.
Inaugural Westfield W-League Grand Finalists, Canberra United, have a built a reputation in its relatively short history of being league leaders with incredible success both on and off the park.
The club now looks towards the future with the aim of both winning the title and further expanding its brand to be nationally recognizable as the club strives towards greater professionalism.
“We’re pleased that we can finally take the first step towards season two of the Westfield W-League season with the club now beginning it’s recruitment of appointing a head coach,” Canberra United FC independent chair Kate Lundy said.
“It’s in the club’s best interest to recruit the head coach as soon as we can so we can optimize our pre-season with the goal of going one step further this season and winning the title.”
Applications for the position close on June 10, with the head coach to be appointed by the end of June with the role to conclude by Christmas.
Following the appointment, the head coach will begin the player recruitment process ahead of the first player registration window opening mid July.

any suggestions for the top job anyone?

nah not benitez, he's done nothing at liverpool to suggest he'd do anything for us here.

what the hell does that mean? how do you measure whether someone is successful and right for the job. the UCL is a good yardstick ya nub
