How to make confetti

step 1 - get the sections of the newspaper you don't want
step 2 - cut along its width making sure to leave the spine intact
step 3 - cut down along its length making squares approx 1 inch by 1 inch
step 4 - place squares in plastic bag
step 5 - bring to the game
step 6 - bring the crowd into raptures by throwing handfuls of the squares into the air when we score!!!

there you go simple!
