We need to get some merchandise out there for people to wear and to promote, even if its just a cap saying a-league4canberra or so on... we need to show that there are people willing to help the bid by buying a $20 cap.

Ages ago Ivan said that foundation members would get a hat or a t-shirt (and free entry to w-league matches) to wear around. I suppose it's hard to design merchandise when you don't have a team name or a logo yet.

Yeah the live wire from Perth, lol he isn't really my favorite im a Sydney supporter though I really like him as a player and he is doing alot at Perth off-field I think.

I think its a great idea, plus $20 could go towards the bid and that extra bit of cash could get us over the line and beat west syd

Yeah good idea John. Merchandise is good because it will also advertise our bid to the public which is a good thing.

Great idea John..but can anyone organise it? Would be good it the Supporters could get something going the way Anthony Hatton did with the shirts etc.

Hi All,

I can handle the merchandise side of things. The supporters club bank account has a few hundred dollars in the kick, from the sale of shirts and bus trip, so that'll be a good place to start.

What sort of cap, what colour etc...

Need a logo i suppose.
