As P2BC said, we can't really be based there. It has to be inclosed. AIS is fine.

wat about Woden Enclosed... the one across the road from the hospital in Garran... not a lot of office space though

its an AFL field and their are plans to develop it back to AFL Canberra (the local AFL league)standard
