Capital Punishment logo Competition!

The first capital punishment forum is about to start so get your graphical designing caps on and lets try and design a logo for the capital punishment supporters group.

The prize isn't clear yet, we don't even know.

But please come up with some designs and you could win the mystery prize.

to be completely honest im not a big fan of the name capital punishment.

It's ok but it's definately no capital punishment.

If I can find the time I will definitely have a go at making a logo.

I tried to make a logo and put some sort of gavel on top of capital hill but i couldn't do it.

Wow, that is really good.

Maybe something with a Noose and with Capital Hill on it.

Can't say I am a fan of the Capital Punishment name either- seems a bit cheesy.

I do like united front - although it sounds a bit like a white supremacist group or something :lol:

Yea, I don't mind it... maybe add a little punishment about it.

i will try and make one.

Anyone else have any more ideas. We may need a final decision soon.

There have only been three or four put forward... However I think we should keep the capital punishment name (I like it, reflects where we are from and we chanted it in Sydney and at the Canberra United games). Out of the ones put forward I like the logo with the guns but finding a logo involving canberra more would be better.

yeah i was thinking something like capital hill with guns or a noose on top but that wouldn't be allowed in games i don't think.

It would be allowed in games of course. It is a name of a supporters group. It is not like we are threatening anyone.

when we get our team we definately need a big banner with the logo on it to pull over all the fans... awesome

I think that Arinceo wins Hand Down and to the united front i think that we should definately keep Capital Punishment.

p.s whats with the knives it just seems a bit try hard to me. :joker:

no way they'd let us in with it.

National Icon?:shock: I'm pretty sure when people think of Australia they don't think of Capital Punishment. We aren't defacing anything. If we can get our name as 'Capital Punishment' then there is no reason why we can't make a logo out of it..
