IMO this could really help our bid, the FFA have constantly said that the WC bid is their main priority.

i can smell a provisional license to keep the ACT government interested.

You may think that could be the case or that there could be a chance of that- but there won't. The FFA won't be blackmailed into that. Simple as that.

all i'm saying is that this could impact on us given a provisional license.
